Hiyaaa! I'm Serena (AKA Beanz) — a Personal Trainer based in sunny Cardiff. I've been a PT for 3 years, completing my BSc in Sports Studies at Hartpury University, and I've recently taken the leap into the freelance world.

I love helping people feel stronger, fitter, and more confident. I'm big into endurance sport (especially triathlon) and I adore seeing that same physical and mental buzz in my clients — whether that's in the gym, out on the bike, or simply watching them feel better within themselves.

Whether you're training for your first event, recovering from injury, or just wanting to feel healthier, I've got you covered with strength programming, nutrition guidance, race prep plans, and guided injury rehabilitation support. Above all, my sessions are all about creating a safe, supportive space — no judgment, just good vibes, encouragement, and fun 💪✨

Packages & Pricing

All PT sessions are 1 hour in length. If you're new, start with a free initial consultation — I'll learn about your goals and point you towards the best option. Click a package to book and pay securely online, or speak to me directly to arrange alternative payment options.

Online coaching gives you a structured, progressive training plan delivered straight to your portal — 2 to 3 workouts per week, updated and progressed as you go.

Every plan includes regular check-ins through the portal and WhatsApp messaging, so I can track how you're getting on and adjust your programme accordingly. Choose a plan with video check-ins and you'll also be able to use the booking system to schedule Google Meet calls whenever you need extra guidance or a catch-up.

Race Events

Training for a marathon, triathlon, or another event? Get PT support and tailored TrainingPeaks plan structured and updated to help you reach the start line in the best shape of your life.


Pre & Post Natal

Exercise programmes tailored to each stage of pregnancy and recovery. Whether you want to stay strong and active during pregnancy, rebuild after birth, or address specific areas like pelvic floor rehabilitation and posture — every session is adapted around you and your body.
